The day I brought home my copy of Collected Tales . . ., I couldn’t pry my husband Bruce away from it. Justifying his reluctance to take time to eat supper, he said, “There’s good stuff in here!”

¨ Bidgie Webber arranged a book signing for Saturday, May 22 at the Harlingen Heritage Museum near Valley International Airport, off Loop 409 on Boxwood Drive. Scheduled for 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in conjunction with the Heritage Festival going on at the same time.

 

¨ Rudy  Garcia of Port Isabel has set up a tentative book signing in June at 'Paragraphs', a new bookstore on South Padre Island. More details will follow.
