February . . Annual workshop February 13th on Short Story Writing by Shoney Flores from UTPA Registration and coffee at 8:30. Workshop runs from 9:00-3:30 with a one hour break for lunch and networking. Lunch will be catered by Java Café for $5 or you can bring your own.
